First of all, my son has been using this pillow for almost two months now. I bought it because it has a very flat head at the back. I didn't notice the back of his head getting rounder, but for the first few weeks I noticed he was losing a lot of hair on the back of his head and I could see the hair on the pillow. My son is 6 months old and has lots and lots of hair so it was very noticeable. I wanted him to keep using it so I put a small pillowcase on him and that helped. Now his hair grows back and he can continue to sleep on it. It's not rolling yet, so it stays in place all night.
