First, not all Bearded Dragons can be fed anything other than live food. Some need time and a lot of patience to switch. But it's worth it! Our bearded dragons love these canned soldier worms. We eliminated live insects because they can cause allergies, carry parasites, and bite bearded people. We used canned crickets while the bearded crickets were small, but once they were big enough to eat those worms we introduced them. A bearded man ate them immediately. Another took a few days to get used to his food. But now he eats everything that fits in the dishes. If you need to get away from live food, these worms are a great option. We freeze them after opening between feedings. I'm sure you can chill them. But I have no idea how long they will last.
