Good product overall best in ready to drink category
I really didn't like this product due to the higher overall cost per gram of protein. I use both Pro T Gold and Caffeinated Frog Fuel depending on whether I need caffeine energy at the moment. However, it's a great protein, digestion is flawless in small amounts, and it doesn't have the vessel or stomach issues that whey products can sometimes have. Overall, I wish it was about $10 a pack cheaper and I wouldn't buy the whey shake mix anymore. At the current price I only use it when I don't have the time or space to mix up a whey shake or when I don't need the gut feeling of a whey shake.
