This changing pad is great. I didn't bother with a changing pad and just used the Munchkin changing pads to keep my baby warm. The terry cloth lining is warmer than the plastic lining. Both earplugs and earplugs are waterproof. I regret buying a 4 sided rug instead of a 2 sided one. I have a large baby and she outgrew this pillow at about 9 months. Her head touched the edge and felt uncomfortable. After that, I started using portable changing pads. I saved it in case we had another baby because it's great for babies, but portable toy mats are better for toddlers.
