Poor quality useless product

I bought this puncher for wagering. First, the instructions on the box are written in Japanese, which I can't read. It took me a while to figure out how to change the bits. I found it very difficult to remove the bit that came with the drill from the screw mechanism that holds it in place. I ended up using pliers to separate the bat from the mechanism. The drill itself was initially very firm and would not rotate when pushed. In the end it got a little easier. I tested it on a single sheet of cardboard and it worked pretty well, but sometimes it left rough spots around the holes. My main problem was when I was using it to punch holes in a book I was going to bind. The covers of the book were cardboard, the book had 10 pages of thin paper for drawing. It took some effort to punch the first hole, but I was able to get a clean hole. The second hole was a different story. The hit traveled part of the page before stopping. I pushed hard because I didn't think I was pushing hard enough. I couldn't get past the last 4 pages and the back, so I learned the tool. The hole in the blade was plugged with paper. I tried to push the jammed paper towards the pin with a thick embroidery needle, but it was stuck and wouldn't come out. I disassembled the tool and tried to push the paper out of the bit shank through the tip. No success. Then I tried to scrape the paper out with a sharp needle. Again unsuccessful. I reassembled the tool and put a lot of effort into trying to finish the 2nd hole in my book. I just can't get through the extra pages. This tool is completely useless and frustrating. Not only did I waste my time getting the tool to work, my book I took the time to put together is now ruined by this useless, low quality tool.
