Killed Mac Laptop

I am a tech savvy person who has worked with and repaired computers for decades. After following the instructions exactly (even if it required copy and paste terminal commands), the 2016 MacBook Pro wouldn't allow login. I had to "rip and lay" this thing. NOT ready for prime time.
