Great replacement
I also have an Xbox Elite. I wanted to change the thumbsticks, that's nonsense to say the least! The original thumbsticks are made of heavy plastic and metal. It's thin plastic and the rod doesn't detach from the dome part. I just put the originals back and threw those away. Pretty expensive junk at $15. I also wanted gold. They either make 3 different colors you don't want for $15 or sell you 5 packs of the same color for $19.
