This neck fan is a handy cooling device when you need it. Controls There are 3 settings: low, medium and high. I'm fine on low to medium settings indoors, good enough for the LA weather. I'm sure I'll switch to medium or high noise levels on sunny summers outdoors. Noise Level Noise is acceptable, typical bladeless fan noise that gets louder at higher settings. Comfort It's a bit uncomfortable at first with something hanging around your neck. It's like putting on a headset, only easier. When it's hot and you desperately need something to cool down, you won't feel any real weight other than the refreshing air coming out of this device. Design You can tilt the fans at a specific angle, allowing you to focus on the head area or face. This device uses a 2400mAh battery, which is enough for several hours of cooling. It also folds into a small footprint for easy storage. Bottom line, this neck fan performs as intended for the price. I don't mind having this on my neck as the air cools my face and head, relieving my heat and discomfort while freeing my hands. I'm glad USB-C is already being used in this device. Most neck fans on the market use micro USB.
