This software is really useful as we can set up rules from within it to automate follow ups in case of an escalation that fails after certain number o time period has passed, by emailing users directly if no response comes back etc - very configurable tool which saves tons amount of manual effort with multiple calls/emails sent out! The pricing structure could be bit steep I guess but not so bad since its such powerful functionality. If you're looking for a tool which will help you automate repetitive tasks then this is the right choice for you. We use it to create automated responses to emails from our customers. This has helped us save a lot of time in replying back to them.
