I was on keto for 106 days with 20 grams or less carbs and 2 years mostly 50 grams or less carbs. What I miss most is real pizza and cookies. If you are a low carb eater and love peanut butter cookies, you will love these cookies. They're soft, chewy, and perfect if you're used to not eating sugar. For people still addicted to sugar, come back when your taste buds are set to low carb. I see people complaining about the bad taste of low carb foods and all I hear is that I'm used to sugary foods and not a low carb lifestyle. These cookies keep me going on a low carb diet, they are so delicious! Oh, and I've lost 10 pounds 35 pounds since January until I can get my carbs up to 100 grams a day through exercise!
