The perfect water bottle

I am a water bottle connoisseur. I love cold water and drink it most of the day. For a long time I used plastic water bottles until more stainless steel options became available. I've always liked Contigo, but they don't have a great 32-ounce stainless steel straw option. My 1.5 year old daughter loves to steal my water bottle so the straw can be easily shared with her. I bought the Owala first but it didn't last long and I kept dropping it because it was difficult to wear. I did a lot of research before purchasing Takeya. I looked again at Contigo, Hydroflask and Yeti. I also looked for a boot on my bottle. With Hydroflask you had to buy a separate boot ($8) and I would have to find a third party option for the Contigo and Yeti. This Takeya is perfect. That's easy. Easy to keep clean. It's easy to drink from. The turquoise color is beautiful. It keeps my water cold all day. The straw seems to hit the ground and the suction is great. It comes with a protective case and is cheaper than Yeti and Hydroflask. There is a large handle to hold on to. The top is grippy and gives me something else to hold on to while drinking so I don't drop it. (I also have small hands and am usually clumsy.) I also ordered paracord to add. This was another reason I chose Hydroflask over it. I was struggling to figure out which line would be compatible with newer hydroflasks. My only issue is that it has to be closed when you put it on or it will definitely leak. The straw simply pours the water out. But it's just water. And if you're careful, it's not a problem. If that bothers you, use the spout lid. I am super super super happy with my purchase. The best water bottle I've ever bought
