I bought this product at first as I suspected my cats pee on the bathroom floor. I recently brought a new cat home and there is a turf war going on that is driving me crazy. I have a bad sense of smell and am constantly paranoid. I saw Jackson Galaxy use this product on his old show and I gave up and bought it. It's not expensive so why not. omg Ultraviolet rays opened my eyes. It wasn't my cats that made the mess. It was me! The toilet was so disgusting because of the hard water, the sink and the bathtub. There were these mysterious drips on the walls. My bed was another place that was so gross. I'm so embarrassed to share this but wanted you to know this works. In relation to cat urine/human urine, this is reflected in phosphorus. It's not as bright as hard water. But it is definitely visible. This is a decent flashlight. It's a really good weight and I think it's energy efficient. I don't really like how it uses 3 AAA batteries. but it's normal. It says 8 hours which I think is a normal amount of power as it's pretty bright for a small flashlight. It's made of metal. so you can hit someone I'm just saying. My little problem is that I received a returned product. I know because the instructions say to remove the plastic from the camera before use, but it was already removed when I received it. I didn't send it back because it works.
