I didn't need to install drivers or anything to use it on Windows 10, it just worked right out of the box. I plugged it in and after a few seconds my wired connection was back. I ordered this because the plug in my laptop failed and I switched to using Wi-Fi. This got me back to a wired connection with no headaches. My main concern was that it wouldn't be as fast as a regular ethernet connection, but I can assure you that I'm getting the same download speeds as before and my gaming ping is the same as on my old local networks.
