I didn't buy this for myself, I bought it for my son. He is 2 years old. I used to give him Pedialit electrolyte. But my son is at risk of developing diabetes, so I looked for an electrolyte. a drink that doesn't have much or no sugar and much less sodium Because there is too much sodium in pedialitis 600 mg This was by far the best option I was afraid my son wouldn't like it But he liked cherry pomegranate and raspberry he didn't like lemonade so I'll keep buying him raspberries and cherry pomegranates. I'm buying this because my son doesn't drink as much water as I would like him to drink as he's not a big fan of it. I give him water but he doesn't drink as much as I want. That's why I use it. As long as he likes the taste, I'm fine with that. So I would say it's good for kids. My son's favorite flavor is raspberry and cherry pomegranate.
