I ordered this duvet after trying another one that didn't feel heavy enough. Comfortable, large, good quality, this blanket will make you feel comfortable. I love its weight and the fact that it includes 2 washable duvet covers (quilt/warm and sheet/cool). Have ties around the perimeter to keep the comforter attached and in place. I also like that it comes in a neutral color. I ordered a larger size which covers a large double bed fairly well (see photo). I can't say exactly how much it changed the quality of sleep, but I can say that I don't like sleeping without it. I've been wearing this blanket for over 7 months now. I can hear the beads moving a little more than the other 1 I have, but it's not a loud/irritating noise and I only hear it when I remove the blanket/big movement; not when tossing and turning at night. The beads stay evenly distributed. It can get warm under the covers if your temperature changes during the night; but a fan or lowering the AC temp might fix that. Please note that the weight of the duvet can damage the duvet's outer sleeve/packaging if not properly wrapped to prevent the duvet from moving around in the box. The ties on the outside of the cover get caught under the duvet and tear the outer cover if the weight of the duvet shifts during transport.
