Comfortable and decreases pain

I have been wearing these liners when I go for long walks. I wear socks over them and do feel less pain and definitely less strain on my feet overall. I especially like the way the heel of them liner fits as it stays on and does not move around. They stay put just above the ankles which is also a plus. So far, very pleased.
