I have not had a SD card holder in the past, so I don't really have anything to compare to, but this doesn't scream "security" to me. While I can appreciate the design of the slots for each card, the case itself is not very protective. It was knocked off a shelf a few days after I bought it and it immediately flipped open when it hit the floor and cards went everywhere. I ordered the rose gold because I wanted something shiny that would stand out if it were lost in the dark or dropped into the bottom of my camera bag. For those purposes, it lives up to my expectations. Otherwise, I am not a huge fan, sorry to say.
