I was glad I ordered it. There are many others that are expensive and out of my price range but by reading the reviews I knew what I was getting and this is not a bad winder. I love using it. I wish I had another one for my larger strands but this is amazing. It's not perfect and has its flaws, but for the money it's absolutely worth what you pay and it will work if you help it. You don't have to spend more than $100 to wrap yarn. If you're on a budget and have patience, this little jam is well worth the time and money to help you stop ball syndrome, what I call avoidance. I wound all my yarn into tight balls that don't fit well in my plastic bags or plastic boxes. But let me tell you that I love my soft yarn cakes made from this adorable little curler!
