This is an initial review as it is too early to judge long-term results. First of all I think this product needs better packaging. The design is a nice flip box with foam cut outs for storing different parts. Unfortunately, the packaging is not tight enough, so that many (sometimes quite heavy) parts came loose and bounced around during transport. There was slight cosmetic damage to the components, but no functional damage. The device is very nicely built - not cheap or flimsy, and the touchscreen system seems to work quite well. Most functions are more or less obvious on the touchscreen. This is fortunate, as the manual tends to be confusing and contradictory. The manual is nicely printed, but it's very short and "English" reads like a very poor machine translation. Most things can be understood between the manual and the touchscreen. What remains a mystery is the identity of the 7 working heads supplied. The manual and touch screen display tiny images with numbers assigned to each working head. Some of the working heads have a very obvious shape and are easy to identify; others cannot be identified from photographs. I think stamping a number on each working head will solve this problem. If there are such numbers then they must be quite small because I couldn't find them. I haven't used the device long enough to know if it's useful in the long term. At the recommended settings, it does not increase the pain and actually helps relieve the pain temporarily. I hope that the results will last longer after more treatment sessions. The only thing to note is that the device is quite noisy when in use.
