Product does not match the description.

Photo 1 - Replacement. Photo 2 - the original filter. The replacement guide shows pictures with 3 holes, just like what I ordered, like the original filter. I would like to know why the replacement is different and why the manual looks like it doesn't belong to him. I can come back with an update on how this one hole works.
