Review on Embroidery Beginner Projects Needlepoint Backpack by Morgan Gilmore

Bought for 11 year old daughter. There were no needles in the set so we tried a sewing needle but it was very difficult to thread further when the thread came out. She never did this until we thought it was a starter kit. No instructions, just words about how to make each stitch, not how to start or what to do first or how to use yarn for a stitch. We had many questions. Thinking they just weren't included in the box like the needles are supposed to be there, I looked and couldn't find an instruction video or design online. Maybe better for someone with experience. I have some experience with needles. but it says 8 years old and a starter kit, i thought she could practice on her own when she was 11, but that's not the case. Disappointing!
