The laptop works "ok" at the moment, apart from problems with WiFi that everyone was having and applications like Netflix and Hulu not working properly. Another cause for concern is the packaging. I'm pretty sure they sent me a used product considering it came in a cheap box and not the original XPS box/packaging. Also, the laptop itself wasn't even wrapped in plastic or padding or anything, and I'm on a military base in Iraq. You'd think if you spend over $1,500 and go for the "new" option, you'd get something in factory packaging. If I wanted a used one I would expect to pay around $1,000 or less. I don't know why so many people get used to it and get away with it. I think I'll see what the next two weeks bring.
