If I could leave a zero star review I would. Holy Moly, this is a crap product and I should have listened to other reviews. It took me ages to figure out how to get pump springs to work. And then one thing works and the other just doesn't work. Also, the heads hardly stay on, if I accidentally touch the shampoo or conditioner bottle they fall off and water can get into the bottle. Save yourself a headache and irritation and DO NOT BUY THIS! I go to my local makeup store and buy a kit, which is what I should have done in the first place.
