Review on TRAX-IT by Donald Phillips

I love how it allows me to keep track of my livestock in one place. It's easy enough that even someone who has never used an EMR before can use this product with minimal training! The only thing I dislike about Traxit is their customer service department could be better at responding quickly when questions are asked via email or phone call. This isn't too big of a deal though as we're able to resolve our issues ourselves most times by just sending them information through our account manager (this happens 99% of time). We've been using Traxit since 2010 and have seen great improvements over those years, especially now that they added new features such as live data uploads from satellite collars like SkyHawk/DSTech.
