The suit had no bottom and was unfinished. The bottom edge was torn and uneven. You can see the cuts and one side is longer than the other. Being a fleece material the cape can still be worn (no time to change it for Halloween) but in general I would go back. If the hem had been done I would have given an extra star as my daughter loves the soft, lightweight material. The clasp needs to be replaced but compared to the hem it's a minor repair.
