I don't like to write negative reviews but this product was far from positive. For starters, I turned on the hot comb and the heat was reasonably adequate, even on the highest setting. The buttons are right where the thumb rests, so I had to restart several times. The case is cheap and thin. Finally, I used the product twice and on the second use it hissed, burst and blew out. I would have sent it back but threw away the packaging before trying the product. Now I throw away the hot comb. I should have bought lottery tickets instead!
