Fairly easy to install although I would recommend something to keep the holes square. I used (to lower the anchor 1/2") a 2x4 with a 5/8" hole made on my drill press. The first hole went in obliquely without using it. One problem I had was that I couldn't install any of the anchors with the shoulder of the installation tool touching the insert. I think something was added to the concrete for reinforcement. I put the "bender" on the floor and it's rock hard. Disassembled and reassembled, no signs of loosening.
