It's so gross but I love it! I'm always worried about bad breath (especially since as a teacher I'm in close contact with students all day) and make sure to brush my teeth after meals, chewing gum, mints, dental floss, etc. better with my tongue to eat than clean, so I decided to give it a try. It comes in a cute travel pouch so I tried it in the morning after brushing my teeth. It's very simple - you literally just hold your hands and scratch your tongue. It only took me a few times to get used to it, and then I would happily scratch and lick myself with all that crap that was still in my mouth even after brushing my teeth. It's stainless steel, so you don't have a minty mouth after using it, which is kind of weird, but my mouth is definitely cleaner, and after coffee that's always good.
