Update: I think this product is drying my hair out and causing frizz and breakage. For this reason I took off the star and now wash it out of my hair after combing it. Will most likely switch to Bain de Terre when stocks run out. I was a big fan of the Nourish & Condition Spray, which unfortunately is being discontinued by Aveeno. I have very fine, thigh-length hair that is terribly knotted. Looking for a decent adult hair detangler, I tried this one. At first the smell struck me as odd, repulsive - it smells like a "Clean Laundry" air freshener or a candle. It doesn't last long after application. I've gotten used to the smell. However, it is very easy to hide. After the first few uses it seemed to dry out my hair so I now wash it out of my hair by combing through the tangles. My only real complaint is that Aveeno insists on packaging their product in "pretty" bottles, but they are difficult to hold/spray when hands are wet or slippery. Add to that Aveeno's discontinuation of Nourish & Condition, which was a much better product. As this is the best I can find for detangling at the moment I will continue to buy.
