This computer was purchased for personal use, no gaming, no watching videos, Internet access only, occasional use of Word and Excel. Within the first hour of use I got the error "A critical process has died" and everything froze. Had to shut down and restart the computer which cleared the message and I was able to use it again. Now I can't work for more than an hour without it crashing over and over again with the same error message. After searching user blogs on the Internet, I found that Lenovo products have had this problem for years. I'm returning this Lenovo Thinkpad E15 only to find that if something doesn't work properly, I'll be charged a 20% restocking fee. What a scam industry, BUYERS BEWARE!
