The pictures are accurate as to how the items look and while quite festive they are nowhere near as functional as I had hoped had (to be honest the hopes weren't very high). It's not easy to get used to straws, I think a light plastic straw is always better, it can be strange to drink with thicker non-plastic straws. The decorations are separate and need to be attached which isn't a big deal but doesn't help stop me being a straw fan. However, I gave this item 3 stars because the items arrived on time, were as described and still managed to perform their function. I used decorations as decoration, I sprinkled mounds of artificial cotton snow that I used to decorate the room and they worked very well. The straws were saved for a future craft project (straws are actually great for crafts).
