Review on Headset and Handset Y Splitter Adapter for Nortel, Norstar, Avaya, Ashtra, Mitel, Polycom, Ge and other IP Phones - Telephone Training by Wendy Jackson

Great for parallel webinar training

Purchased for webinar training for two people at home to complete a project at home on a computer with two monitors and two Plantronics headsets in a Plantronics headset base start. with this adapter. No static, clear outgoing and incoming voices. That it doesn't have a mute switch isn't a problem, we have a headset-based mute switch. I ordered three different adapters just in case. This one costs $5.99, the other $9.99, the third around $15.99. This cheaper option is the best in terms of cleanliness. The other two have mute buttons, but there's a lot of echo and noise inside. If you can work around the lack of a mute switch, this is a great article. Just mute your phone or headset, or type *6 and you're done. Three weeks of our webinars have passed and nobody knows that we are both online and on the phone. By the way, I contacted Plantronics to find out how to use two Plantronics S11 headsets on one phone and they said it's not possible. Not correct. I do it. And I just knew I could. The solution is to simply use one of the base stations connected to the phone and this adapter with the base station and two headsets with this adapter.
