Was nervous about the item and the first try I see why. It is a very powerful machine so I advice buyers to take their time exploring the setting because some of the setting are darn right shocking! I've enjoyed it for the last two days but it seems I've over done it. I can still feel my muscle jumping. I can't lie as soon as my body calms down I'm back at it. Tried every setting in different places. My favorite is the acupuncture for my neck and upper back. I've worked out my abs and arms, relaxed my back and the random setting which is so intense I only dared to put it on 2. The highest level I've tried is 4 but that was crazy and won't need much pass level 3 on any setting unless I plan to reset my body. So good I plan to buy two more for gifts. Thank you for the affordability, power and simplicity of this little device, it can go anywhere and it's rechargeable. I've used over three hour total and there bar is still full. Very impressed!
