No locking thread
Same as the original on a 2003 Dodge Ram 5.7, the only difference I noticed is the lack of locking threads to keep the 10mm bolts from falling out if you need to change the spark plugs again, the original had a small thread to keep the screws on the part when you remove them from the engine.
