This is a well designed, high quality TV mount. The metal parts move smoothly with no play, and the powder black finish looks beautiful. Liked the quality and ease of installation. You can adjust the tension on the swing arm so that the resistance is gentle and even and the TV stays in place. One important detail every DIYer wants to know is how do I hook up a TV to a wall mount or assemble everything (TV and all) and then try to wall mount it? Do I need a buddy to lift everything up for the final install? Surprisingly, this detail is missing from most product descriptions. At least you can easily assemble this yourself, because the base plate, which is screwed onto the back of your television, slides easily and hangs securely on the wall bracket. You can then install screws to secure the connection. You don't have to hold the end of the TV. It's pretty well thought out.
