I used this type of 'reader' to avoid paying for new glasses that I've needed for years, but Medicare doesn't pay. I need 3.5 which is pretty much the highest strength commercially available. I used to just grab them from the dollar store and when the ties broke after a few months I just recycled them. You are 100% better in every way! Of course I've had them recently, but so far they're amazing! The quality of them in general is so amazing for me at this price! The lenses are crystal clear with no wavy lines or distortion and live up to their advertised durability. The frames are pretty solid, not flimsy at all, and the articulated arms eliminate my main problem and previous cause of failure! It also eliminates the problem of adjusting the width of the frames to fit your face, which is a big problem when you're ordering online where you can't try them on. The benefit of having a toned pair that's dark enough for the street was huge and quite unexpected. I usually wear sunglasses over regular glasses for reading on the patio so this was a very nice addition. I might get a fully toned set depending on how well this pair holds up I guess time will tell. I have a high attrition rate, and that's with grandkids, cats, and my own clumsiness! If there is ANY downside to this set, it's the lack of cases. Even ONE would be a great bonus but to be honest for the fantastic quality and price I can just return it to the dollar store where I will NEVER buy my readers again! However, I'll see if the same seller has cute little loafers to wear when I need to be able to look up to keep an eye on what's going on around me and not me can fully delve into my book. or a tablet like these 80s-style frames. Only twice the price of glasses at the dollar store, the quality of these glasses is ten times the price. The coating was peeling off the frames wherever they touched the head just as they were breaking. Now I'm wondering what chemicals were used in the frame coating and I'm sure THAT frames won't follow suit. Sorry for the long review but I want others to be confident in their purchase. I have nothing but good things to say about these reading glasses. These are the best over the counter "cheats" I've ever found. Didn't have to deal with the seller so can't comment on that, but the product itself was amazing. I will update this review as needed. For your health! Oh, I almost forgot the most interesting part! With Eyekepper glasses you get LIFETIME protection against frame and lens damage! That's outrageous, especially when you consider that this 5-piece set only costs $13.99! (Yes, the name is spelled correctly, not the keeper, but the keeper, who knows, that's just the way it is). They also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for you to take the risk! I'm still blown away but they really are that good and I don't usually take the time to write a detailed and long review like this, but what can I tell you? They inspire with a bang! What the hell are you waiting for? I look like a fucking ad! I earn a commission! No, I'll just order another set. The only thing they DO NOT COVER is that I lost them - 2 pairs have gone since I got them 2 weeks ago. Sigh. Thank goodness they are so cheap!
