Review on Dorman 604-020 HVAC Blend Door Actuator: Ideal for Jeep Models by Albert Bohimia

Recently the mixture/temp control on my 2004 Wrangler started making a constant grinding/vibrating noise when set to full cold temperature and then each Whenever you would turn it up or down, you might hear a grinding noise. I didn't want it to fail in the winter and leave me without heating so I looked for a replacement. The OEM version is no longer made so I came across this one and trusted the Dorman name. The fit was great and installed in less than 10 minutes. Works well, no more rattling. I have found that when the radio is off and I regulate the temperature I can hear the motor in this one better than the original but not as loud as the broken one.
