I almost bought a Keurig and I'm glad I didn't. Heat is key to a great-tasting coffee or tea because heat brings out the oil-based flavor, and this little guy delivers. I needed a small profile, single cup coffee maker, so I went back and forth, reading hundreds of reviews about different manufacturers, and it was the complex flavor of the coffee that made Bunn stand out. One problem is not to overfill the cup holder as this will result in drips. Too much coffee does not improve the taste. If you like a good cup of tea with complex flavors, you will be happy. It has options for tea and you can use K cups in it. I keep all the containers together and they are easy to swap out. I expect it to last for decades like Bunns do in restaurants.
