The best part is that it has been very easy to use for me as an intermediate user who does not have much programming knowledge or coding experience at all! It's super intuitive so I was able see how things work right away without any training required (I literally only logged in once).

Also they provide great customer support through their community forum which helps with troubleshooting when needed but also gives you some tips along your journey of building bots with them too! Not really anything bad about this software other than maybe having more features would be nice like being allowed multiple accounts per account instead just one? But otherwise everything works perfectly well even if there are minor bugs here and then sometimes my bot will get stuck after sending out messages due to no activity happening within its time frame limit set up. So we're solving our problem of tracking referrals across different platforms such us Facebook ads etcetera because currently those require manual effort every single day but now since deploying these Chat Bots viaCollect.
