Review on FormAssembly by Kofi Wills

I like most that it allowed me create very detailed forms without having many coding challenges at each step along my process flow. Forms have been great for creating custom surveys with multiple pages within one survey as well tracking results easily from user input during submission steps. Some fields (most notably "other" options) were impossible to use due to inability to add tags or descriptions for ease of use/interfacing by other users. It would be nice if this issue could be corrected and some tagging added as well as ease of describing additional text boxes such as telephone numbers so others can interact more accurately in that area. Very flexible software makes adding sections quite simple however the lack of documentation is disappointing when we need support regarding setup. Also finding assistance via forum posts has not proven helpful since there's little detail provided even after waiting 24hrs. Great product overall but needs improvement by being further integrated and offering much deeper help guide through set up. It simplifies complex and lengthy survey construction greatly and speeds process tremendously while providing clear audit trail capability across every action taken along customer journey. I like that it's really simple for your employees as well as you can easily edit if needed! The layout options could be better but we use this software along with other applications such as Wufoo so maybe that has something to do with why? Maybe more templates would help! But overall very helpful tool! We're using it mostly just to gather information from customers about new products or services offered by us.
