Review on Hallmark 5-inch Small Holiday Gift Bag with Tissue Paper - Penguin Design by Josh Chenier

I'm a little disappointed with this purchase. As someone who bought quite a bit of Hallmark wrapping paper when I was growing up in stores, I can say that the quality of the paper has gone downhill. The colors are less vibrant than I received them. I liked the fact that the paper is double sided, but again the quality isn't the same. When trying to wrap a gift, the paper broke. I found that unacceptable. I bought paper from Dollar Tree which held up better. Such a shame! The buns were a little smaller than I thought. This is definitely not something I would buy again. What happened to Hallmark?
