The main thing that can be used in this set is a chart or table to describe what it is about. There are so many of them that some items are a mystery. If the multimeter worked I would give it four stars, but since it doesn't work I'll give it three stars. If you're just looking at cost, this is probably a five star kit if you can get one that works.
