I needed pins with small dots for SMT measurements. I didn't want to spend a lot because it's more of a hobby now than a professional job. They fit my Extech meter without modification. There was some oxidation or some kind of coating on the tips and I needed paper or a very fine abrasive to remove it to get a low resistance reading. Both wires have the same resistance. The wire is a bit stiffer than I would like, but then again they aren't very expensive. I trimmed the dot caps with a knife so the dots only show the tips. This provides some isolation in crowded areas. They come with banana plug ends but I don't use them. If you plan to store the sensors it can help to keep them clean, but if you use them frequently or leave them connected to the instrument they will not be needed. received them. I read a negative review about the packaging. They were sent in a plastic bag. Again, they didn't cost much, and I'd rather not pay for lots of drawings and packaging that I just have to recycle or throw away. I wish I had more flexible leads if I used a lot of them every day. I don't and that's enough for my needs. I don't think anyone should expect $50 leads at this price point.
