Review on Freeprance Winter Jacket Lining FSY2_My_0002_XBK_S Women's Clothing via Coats, Jackets & Vests by Brad Fleming

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and after sending it back based on my sizing estimate we got one that fits great. The woman liked the way the coat stayed warm, as well as the overall design and comfort. I took it with me on a business trip on the second day, as it should be. It's been cold in Atlanta this week, and the first time she wore it, she called and said she loved it. The next morning I got a call from her, she was crying and said her coat was falling apart and the filling was falling out. I was half asleep because it was 4:30am and I was like a kid, we will fix it or ask them to send us another one. I emailed the supplier through Amazon on January 24th to discuss a solution. I haven't heard from them and today is January 27th. I really didn't want to go through the hassle of returning and buying again because the wife would be without a coat for a few days. A friend who sews for a living said she could sew it back so no one could tell and I was going to try that if the supplier responds but now I have to go through the hassle of sending it back. This may be rare on this jacket but should be avoided with a little quality control as you can clearly see they just missed the overlap of the material when sewn from the factory. Would give it 4 stars even if the stitching came undone because the wife loves it but poor customer service or lack of customer service lowered the stars.
