The perfect purchase for me, exactly what I was looking for!

Not so long ago, my old system with 770TA-UD3 and Phenom II x4 965 on Ryzen with this motherboard. After a few days of use, I can say.

A good motherboard with good overclocking potential and hopefully with support for future generations of Ryzen.
You can safely put 5 points and recommend for purchase, the cons are insignificant.

Pros

Of the obvious advantages for me: 1) I overclocked the Ryzen 5 1600 to 3990 on a light one, including up to 105 on the bus. The HyperX HX430C15PB3 / 16 memory started up at 3150. The temperature on the processor did not rise above 62. At idle it's generally 31-40. 2) M.2 is well located if one video card is below the second reinforced slot, which gives normal airflow from the fan in the bottom of the case. True, he is alone, but I will not need a second one in the next few years. Samsung SSD 960 EVO shows excellent speed. There are mounting screws for M.2. 3) Reinforced slots for video cards, but this is probably already on all modern boards . 4) A lot of SATA connectors of which 4 are already occupied :) 5) Good CPU power cooling. There was nothing to measure it myself, but there are proofs in the internet. 6) On 10-ke everything got up without problems.

Cons

There are some cons, but I still understand: 1) Of the unsolvable - a fairly large heatsink on the side of the rear connectors. The fan from my Lucifer v2 does not get up on that side :( 2) BIOS version 3803 - while the stock is terrible in terms of settings, a lot of everything is closed, why I still don't understand, but maybe I'm doing something wrong. I had to drive through Windows. In general, while I understand, but there is something :) 3) I have not yet figured out how to connect 2 speakers + headphones with a microphone to the rear connectors. Previously, I calmly stuck headphones into the rear / subwoofer or side jacks and set in the settings that they were headphones and everything worked, but here the headphones work only on the front connector in the same place as the speakers. Until I fully understand, or I'm doing something wrong, or this is a feature. 4) Almost immediately after installation, there was some kind of crackling when any sound was played, but the next day everything went away and was no more. I did not understand what it was . We must pay tribute in comparison with the old mother, the sound is very good. PS: I figured out how to change the BIOS settings. You just need to drive in the value or "-", "+" change the step, even if the parameter is on a gray background, as if it is disabled.
