Review on Sonix Embellished Crystal Rhinestone Phone Ring (Silver by Jim Shirodkar

While the trinkets are remarkable and strong enough, reviews of the ridiculous lack of glue have my customers regretting it. (See 7 month update below) I dropped my new iPhone 3 times within the first hour of owning it because that damn base ring kept falling off! Zoinken. Horror of the sound of an accident with a brand new iPhone! The easy fix was to apply it with crazy glue. The good news is this damn thing will never come off again. The bad news is that it will never start again. so keep it right! Tip: Align the top of the socket, where the ring twists and curves, with the center of the phone, meaning the circle itself will be centered slightly lower down. After using it for a while to see how long the rhinestones would last. They're a bit uncomfortable for my fingers, but I look cute as hell holding the phone in my hands, so it's worth a try for fashion's sake. Also, the stand wobbles when balancing on the ring in portrait mode, but is stable in landscape mode. The item wasn't super glued in case I could return it but it looks great on my new Sonix case so I'll have to live with that. UPDATE 7 MONTHS: As soon as I put it on I loved this thing and received tons of compliments. . But after about 6 months the strength of the ring to hold it's position (ie: holding the phone on its side or holding it in place on my finger) is absolutely NOT PERFECT. Now I have a flexible ring that spins in circles and has no integrity. Since I had to super glue it, I'll probably mess up my case to take it off and get another one. So yes, the lifespan of this product is 6 months.
