I don't know how many sellers are involved with this, but when I made the purchase the item said "PERFECT PET PRODUCTS, ULTRA LARGE PET DOOR SHAPES REPLACEMENTS 9 3/4" X 17" " (ONE PAIR) Keyword: PAIR So, I take my box, open it and of course there's a box in there. Uh huh I think to myself. The box proudly says "THIS BOX CONTAINS A (ONE) VALVE" with caps and all. Astonishing. It also has a sticker that says (ONE PAIR), look at the picture. huh? I looked up the word "pair" in my trusty Encyclopædia Britannica just to make sure I wasn't going crazy, and well of course it still means two. I think maybe they meant a pair of sashes with a side dog door. That makes sense. Oh wait, no, sorry, ice cream makes sense. Do not do it. So I contact The seller says the listing description says this is a valve. For real? Must have missed it. Yes, if you look back at the page there is a little line that says Extra Large Replacement Ruff Resistant Single Leaf Valve. To be honest, that line almost looks like you're missing the word "single" and "description" is so small it's pretty easy to miss. This is compared to the huge bold letters in the description that say PAIR. What do you think most people will see? Anyway, I specifically picked this listing because it was more expensive than the others and said PAIR so I figured it was two, my mistake. Apparently I failed first grade.
