Box opened, started setup and didn't like the setup anymore. "Guides" you through setup via the app on your phone. Not what I would do. Had to search their website to find out how to do the initial setup on the computer. Then I had to search in different areas to get all the steps. (But I'm sure everything will go smoothly if you give them access to your phone). First run ran a 5 link chain, ok cool I know it works. Ran another of their pre-installed models (nut and bolt), works great with gray thread. Thought I would then go in and change the gray to black, run their simple option "Unload Filament", wait for the temp to rise again, pull the filament when told to, press "Load Filament" ( already hot) that feel extruder. Grab the filament and pull it down, but nothing comes out of the extruder. I unload, load, unload, load, nothing comes out of the extruder. I put the gray back in, I was able to print another key fob, I tried switching back to gray, now nothing works. Called MakerBot, they put me through the same thing, no luck. So they agreed that the problem was with the extruder and sent me another one. I will be wearing it with gloves for sure for the next three weeks before the 30 day return policy expires. I wish this thing had shown me something special. I don't feel like replacing $250 extruders because I want to change the colors.
