Seems like 10 ounces should be bigger

I expected 10 ounces to be four times the size of this can. Bought these to store groceries from the pantry. As a result, they turned out to be too small, but left them for spices. I thought they were glass too, but they are plastic. Not terrible quality just not what I expected and it's my fault for not figuring out the weight measurements first or reading all the details to see plastic vs glass.
