Maybe it's because my laptop is a 17" gaming laptop but the back of my laptop sags back an inch or two. I feel this is a problem because the rubber feet on the bottom of my laptop don't support my laptop at all and eliminate the gap at the bottom preventing airflow. I've also tried using my Mac, but it's too thin and the front of the tray rail is higher than the Mac. He dug into my wrists as I typed on the keyboard. I gave it two stars because I imagine it would work for someone with a 15.6 inch laptop and not a Mac.
